Jude has a personal meditation practice and has completed extensive training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week course designed to reduce stress through mindfulness-meditation, gentle yoga and practical applications of mindfulness in daily living.
