I loved every second of recording this incredibly powerful and eye-opening episode with award-winning children’s mental health expert, Dr Roseann Capanna-Hodge.

These are not easy times for our children to live in, but we, as parents, can step up in many different ways to help them through it.

 

So much of my coaching work focuses on going back through inner child to uncover limiting beliefs unconsciously carried through our lives. If we, as parents, can be more conscious of our children's needs, I'll hopefully be out of a job by the time our kids are grown up! In a weird way, that's the dream!
