41. Coping with Anxiety.
In this week's episode we talk about Coping with Anxiety. This one was a game changer for me because before doing the research on this topic I didn't even realize that I had anxiety. We'll talk about some of the negative ways you might currently be coping with anxiety, as well as some of the more positive ways to cope. We'll also discuss our personal history with anxiety and where we are now after practicing some of these positive coping mechanisms.
