We talked about the importance of inner work and what happens when we keep things bottled up.  We talked about the importance of presence and fully grasping the meaning and purpose of our emotions.

We talked about the difference between empowering and disempowering behavior and how self-awareness and self control can be freeing as we strive to transform into the best version of ourselves.  We touched on anxiety, stress and being very real with the consequences - good and bad - of all our choices.
