Abuse is used to devalue and suppress our true self (our divine self) and keeps us disconnected from our own inner knowing and intuition. Dr. Brian Russell joins Maegan in the garden to discuss the spiritual journey survivors of abuse take and find their true connection with themselves. This journey can be one of the hardest things after abuse survivor will ever go through but one that will empower and enlighten them to change their life for the better.

Brian Russell (Ph.D.) is an author, professor of biblical studies, podcaster, and a transformational coach for spiritually-minded professionals and pastors. His personal mission is to seek out, study, and embody the deepest truths about God so that he can share them compellingly, lovingly, and transformationally with others.
