Hello Titans!  Wishing you a great Remembrance Day.  Today's episode is sharing with you a bit about the TACTICAL Build Module and why having a coach help you build a system can exponentially change your business success.

I have spent much of my career building systems and creating infrastructure for my own businesses as well as helping others build theirs.

A good system can do wonders for an organization.  When all the parts are moving as they should, free flowing energy can occur and when you get into that flow state magic begins to happen.

But in general, most businesses have poor systems.  The symptoms are: poor client fit, missed deliverables, high turnover, lack of referrals, lack of testimonials, poor communication and the list goes on.
