There are challenges in job hunting. For some professionals, these challenges are enough to make them avoid job hunting altogether. However, there are huge benefits for professionals who embrace the challenge of changing jobs, such as obtaining higher wages and more flexibility.

So, it’s crucial for professionals to move jobs, or at least learn how to move jobs so they can do so confidently when the time is right. In this episode, we look at the five things no one tells you about job hunting so you can prepare for them. If you know what they are, you can plan, address, and conquer the five challenges that may keep you from progressing in your job search and securing the job you want.
