Coaching employees is about growing and developing them, helping them to find a pathway forward to achieve their goals.  As their coach, you have a responsibility to assist, guide, and support their efforts along this pathway.  This session of the Weekly Workplace will introduce you to the GROW model of coaching.  Applying the model helps you become intentional with your coaching efforts by structuring the content of your coaching conversation through the art of facilitation.  Listen in as Rae, Bryana, and Dewey discuss the use of this coaching tool and what it can do for you.
