Knowing where you want to end up and carving a new path to get there with Erin Shrimpton
Join Dr. Kimberly Jackson as she has a leadership chat with Organizational Psychologist, Erin Shrimpton, about knowing where you want to end up and carving a new path to get there.
Listen in as Erin shares how her parents' revolutionary business shaped her career from an early age and drove her interest in what makes work great for people and how you don't have to fit the mold. She also shares her journey to becoming and seeing herself as a woman in STEM.
