Andrew Fairbairn is Co-Chair of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) London and SVP of SEO USA, a charity set up to provide young talent from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds with access to career opportunities. Having begun his journey with SEO as a career intern for Lehman Brothers in 1995, Andrew discusses the positive impact of the charity’s work and how fostering greater diversity, equity and inclusion within organisations is critical for long-term business success.
