Inside Unit 5's inaugural episode features the positive impact that Those Who Excel nominee, Prairieland's teacher, Mrs. Garneau, has had on her students and school.  Also,  an in-depth interview highlights the recent accomplishments of Unit 5's unified band members and directors who earned the title of State Champions!

Segment 1 (0:00-8:53)- Get to know the hosts of the show, Bryan Thomas, Bradley Bovenkerk, & Tim Franz as they discuss their educational backgrounds and the purpose of the podcast.

Segment 2 (8:54-14:18)- Head inside Jill Garneau’s classroom at Prairieland Elementary to hear why the Physical Education teacher excels.

Segment 3 (14:19-32:44)- Co-Host Tim Franz interviews the two Normal Unit 5 Band Directors and two student band members about the importance of collaboration and what it was like to win a state championship.
