Ciao! For the 100th episode of The Red Light Report, we are traveling to Italy! In mid-November last year, I was one of three English-speaking guest speakers at a functional medicine and nutrition conference in Rome where I spoke on — you guessed it — red light therapy. It was a genuine honor and a fun experience to spread the word and knowledge on photobiomodulation overseas.  

In my presentation, I describe the fundamental tenants of red light therapy, the mechanisms of how it actually works at the cellular level, go over the wide array of photobiomodulation research and provide some tips and tricks as to how one can best utilize this amazing therapy.

If you have been listening to this podcast for some time, most of the information you have heard before.
