The state of Illinois is one of 42 states that are suing Facebook and Instagram parent company Meta over concerns regarding Mental Health of users of these platforms. Lawyer and Fox News contributor, Andrew Reed joined Wake Up Tri-Counties to talk about the legal grounds for suing Meta and what ultimately social media companies may do to defend themselves from these lawsuits. We also spoke to Andrew about another big company facing a big lawsuit as Panera is under fire over the death of a college student who died after drinking a Charged Lemonade. The lemonade contains more caffeine than a Red Bull and Monster Energy Drink combined. The college student happened to suffer from a heart ailment and the student's parents claim that Panera had nothing available to tell anyone how much caffeine was in their charged lemonade. All of this plus, Andrew weighs in on a legal urban legend in this Wake Up Tri-Counties interview.
