You will be guided through body scanning, breathing techniques, and restorative visualizations designed to edit unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs positively. This serves to cultivate a sense of ease and resourcefulness from within, regardless of external circumstances.
Navigating through an ecosystem of visualization, sensation, emotions, thoughts, imagination, and memories invites positive changes in our unconscious patterns. This practice empowers you towards deep tranquility, meeting your internal resources in a magnificent visual palace, and benefiting both physical and mental well-being.
