Ep 056 - Spirituality and Psychotherapy with Sabrina Santa Clara

Sabrina Santa Clara is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Spiritual Doula. She studied at Naropa University, where she earned a Master of Arts in Somatic Counseling Psychotherapy, with a dual emphasis in Body Psychotherapy & Dance/Movement Therapy. She is a specialist in Psychotherapeutic Touch, and trains other clinicians on the use of touch in therapy. Sabrina is genderfluid and uses the pronouns she/her or ze/zir. 

 

Sabrina works with clients who are healers, therapists, and individuals seeking alternative approaches to traditional psychotherapy. She integrates various practices, including psychedelic therapy, energy work, and working with guides and spirits. Sabrina highlights the significance of being present and moving between worlds in trance work, as well as integrating trance states into daily life.  

 

In this conversation, we discuss the integration of psychedelic and spiritual experiences, emphasizing the importance of bringing these experiences into everyday life.
