Det siste året har forskere på NIH forska på en av de store treningstrendene om dagen, nemlig nesepusting.
Mange har begynt å både teipe munnen på trening og når de sover.

Det ville professor Jostein Hallén finne ut, og satte masterstudent Emily Morud på saken.
Ett år seinere er resultatene klare og Emily kommer til NIH-podden for å fortelle hva de kom fram til og hvordan de har forska.
