194. She Went from Homeless to Industry Leader, passionate about giving back

On this episode of "With Her Two Hands" we chat with Bernice Berry - a trailblazer and leader in the automotive industry over the last 34 years. Starting at age twelve she began working on cars with her father and then professionally at age 22. Tinting and detailing were skills she developed just to get food on the table but led to a deeper passion.

Throughout her career, Bernice has played pivotal roles in various aspects of the industry, from design and efficiency to marketing and sales. Her relentless pursuit of innovation and customer satisfaction has earned her a reputation as a visionary and results-driven entrepreneur. Her broad breadth of accomplishments range from starting her own tint and detailing training studio, to inventing Gluoff, appearing on Velocity channel and the first female to win Female detailer of the year in the US. On top of it all she gives back by sharing her knowledge. Bernice collaborated with a local Native American Non profit organization, training foster children between the ages of 16-20, who are aging out of the program.
