   It's obviously a very serious situation to have a president that can't do his job but the fact anything going forward with Joe Biden is really a discussion is comical.  So leave it to one black pundit to sum it up perfectly and get us rollicking with laughter.

   Trump talks VP in an interview and it sounds like his best plan is to wait as long as possible in order to keep Biden in the headlines.
