Every so often I'll sit down with a guest and things just click. That's exactly what happened when I met, for the first time, Liz Hatfield a new skills trainer with Tero International. Liz had spent some 35 years as an HR professional before being asked to join the Tero Team.  Here we'll talk about some of the changes she's seen in the world of Human Resources and then dive into a couple of examples of what she's now teaching to corporate leaders, team members and individuals who are eager to learn how to become a more effective communicator and even a better sales person.  Meet Liz:
