Higher Ground

The landfill of the internet is filled with all sorts of #$%*!($!! and on the heels of celebrating my 27th year in radio and still attempting to find common sense during uncommon times, it was time for another edition of The Wednesday Rant. Is it true that in November of 2020, gas was $1.80 per gallon and mortgage rates were at a low of 2.75%? Yes...but why was that? A) Due to the former president in office OR B) Because there was a global pandemic and the world was shutting down? Let's find out! Higher Ground still exists, but the climb while slow at times, is worth it.
