Hei alle sammen, og velkommen til en soloepisode av Trening og Livsstilspodden! I dag er det bare meg, Loyd, siden Anders er opptatt med sin nye jobb. Men forhåpentligvis hjelper temaet på: Hvordan går man fra å trene fordi man føler man "må", til å trene fordi man virkelig brenner for det?
Hvordan skifter man gir og kommer nærmere, eller når, de resultatene man ønsker, enten det er innen idrett eller bare å nå personlige mål.
Jeg snakker om mentalitet, lidenskap, målsetting, motivasjon, konsistens, progresjon, teknikk og tålmodighet.
Målet mitt er at du skal få et lite puff til å finne din indre hamster, den hissige som løfter deg et nivå høyere. Mot det du ønsker.
Min tanke er at det Ikke bare handler om å løfte tyngre vekter eller løpe lenger. Det handler om å finne gleden i reisen, og å skape en livsstil der trening er noe du ser frem til, ikke gruer deg til.
