In this episode, Dr. Brooke Mailhiot is honored to have Laila Little, also known as the “Double Dutch Queen.” With over 25 years of international recognition in the sport of Double Dutch, Laila has touched lives worldwide with her passion and dedication. Through her work in Double Dutch, Laila has impacted over 15,000 youth globally. This experience inspired her to establish Jump Kids Health, a mental health group that focuses on treating children physically, emotionally, and mentally while addressing key issues like Adverse Childhood Experiences and Childhood Obesity.
