En ny autorisations- og tilsynsmodel er endelig kommet på regeringens lovprogram og skal lovbehandles i foråret.

Ifølge Dansk Psykolog Forenings forperson, Dea Seidenfaden, vil den hjælpe til at skabe klarhed om psykologers faglige baggrund og kompetencer, og modellen vil desuden gøre tilsynet med psykologer mere transparent.

Hun forventer, at de lange ventetider på autorisation og behandling af tilsynssager bliver fortid.
