What’s the best gift you've ever received? As you think about your answer, also consider how you felt when you received it. Did you gasp in excitement? Yell at the top of your lungs? Maybe even shed a tear or two? Well, that overwhelming happiness you felt in that moment is the same joy I see on every face that places their trust in Jesus alone. I remember a big, burly truck driver in Omaha, Nebraska literally weeping in gratitude to God as he knelt and prayed to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior. And like a little child who opens the best gift ever on Christmas morning, people are filled with gratitude when they receive the free gift of eternal life. And guess what the most exciting part of all of this is?! We are the ones that have the opportunity (and the privilege!) to share this news with them.
