Three and a half years ago today, I did one of the bravest things I've ever done in launching this podcast. It's been good, but it hasn't always been good. There has been joy, tears, frustration, celebration - basically the whole range of emotions. I've felt it and I've felt ALL of it.  

In today's episode I'm sharing a behind the scenes journey - what it's really like as a podcaster, what some of the good things are about being a content creator and what some of the negative experiences have ben that have caused real tears.
