Biggie (aka Emiguel Arroyo) had accepted his fate living at over 600 pounds, until a medical emergency led him to hear a doctor tell his father not to expect him to live to see 40. He was 36 years old and facing the reality of his health condition, finally. What follows is far from a clean clear path and we get into it all. Biggie's story shines a light on how intimately linked our mental health and physical health truly are, and he pulls no punches. In the end, he made a promise to his father he would survive that grew over time into a promise to himself. He's now down 300 pounds and a true warrior in the fight for his life.
