You might think you’re pushing your problems away, launching them into some distant future where they’ll disappear on their own. But that’s not how it works.

You’re not the catapult. You’re the boulder. Wherever you send your problems, you’ll eventually land there too. And when you do, they won’t be lighter—they’ll be heavier.
