REDs - relativ energimangel i idretten, er utbredt blant mange unge idrettsutøvere.

I NIH-podden møter Hanne Hjelbak, mor til mellomdistanseløperen Iver, som forteller om hvordan de la om kostholdet i familien etter at Iver fikk beskjeden om at han var beinskjør etter mange tretthetsbrudd.
