Ruth graduated from Edinburgh University after having read Biochemistry for her undergraduate degree. Ruth has always been interested in food, both from a foodie point of view, but also the biological underpinnings of how food can bring both health and disease. She decided to merge her two passions together, food and biochemistry, and went for a Masters in Public Health Nutrition at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Ruth is currently a nutritionist at Natural Ketosis, who help people to better their health by changing their diet and lifestyle by following a low sugar low starch approach.
