As Punishment and pals repair the run down Zulbrowski Mansion, they are stalked by the evil black magic master SOUR MAN THE BUGGERER. Just as SKAGGCHESTER SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER BETTY BUTTINSKI arrives for her court-mandated inspection, the boys are attacked by a new menacing threat - paranormal, hip-hop, superstar GHOST VOICE KILLA. Throw in the introduction of young speedster SWIFT WINDTHROP and things go south in a flash!
