Here is the first instillation of my 10-Minute Mindfulness Meditation Series.
As a counselor, teacher, and yoga instructor, I find mindfulness to be a crucial ingredient to a calm mind and an open heart. For me, even after years of practice, I enjoy guided practices. I feel it helps connect me to a larger community that practices mindfulness meditation and yoga.
