Welcome to episode 105. This is an episode about figuring out back pain. One of my clients has been in a stressful situation where she was forced to sit in an uncomfortable position for an extended time, days on end. In addition, there was a great deal of emotional stress at the same time. This will tend to screw up the back (technical term).
So we worked through rolling, smashing and stretching to see if she could get some relief. And that is what this episode is about, I am going to take you through my thinking and give you some ideas you probably never thought about.
