On this episode, Mark Pendergrast joins Felony Friday host John Odermatt to talk about the repressed memory epidemic. Mark is an investigative journalist and has written several books on a wide range of topics. His book titled For God, Country, and Coca-Cola: The Definitive History of the Great American Soft Drink and the Company That Makes It was named a notable book of the year by the New York Times. Another one of his books Mirror, Mirror: A History Of The Human Love Affair With Reflection, was chosen by Discover Magazine as one of the top science books of the year. He also wrote a controversial book titled, Victims of Memory: Sex Abuse Accusations and Shattered Lives, which will be the main focus of this interview today.
