March 4, 2017: Trump Has Undermined Counterterrorism; Voodoo Economics and Obamacare Repeal

This week, we'll speak with budget guru and Forbes columnist Stan Collender, who says that Trump will have to violate the law to pass his budget. Collender also notes that the GOP's plan to quickly repeal Obamacare has failed, and that may have far-reaching consequences for the rest of their agenda.

 

Then we'll be joined by counterterrorism expert Whitney Kassel to talk about how Trump, for all of his bluster about getting touch on terrorism, has undemined that effort with a toxic mix of incompetence and Islamophobia. 

 

Finally, we'll speak with George Polisner, who quit a cushy job at Oracle to start a new platform for civil engagement called civ.works.
