In this week's episode, D.J. talks with successful entrepenuer Mitch Russo about his polysubstance use and abuse, growing up in New York City in the 1970s. Hard drugs led to intensive inpatient drug rehabilitation which saved Mitch's life. Mitch is the author of "This Invisible Organization" which is the CEO's guide to transitioning a traditional brick and mortar company into a fully virtual organization; and, he is a landscape and travel photographer, recognized for his work by the Sierra Club and JETGALA Magazine.
