We had many unique and delicious dishes this year and it was hard to just pick out a few. In addition to the delicious food we have had, we have met some really wonderful people who take great pride in doing a great job.
One of the best sashimi we had was the Avocado ball, a dish they are known for. It is filled with assorted fresh sashimi and tobiko, wrapped in a generous amount of avocado slices and topped with a lemon mayonnaise. It was delightful.
