Chef David Baruthio and Earlham, Iowa
Earlier today we sat down with Chef David Baruthio of Baru 66 and Saison as he announces,here and first, his effort to open a cafe and a bistro in Earlham. The project has been a $2.5 million dollar renovation of an historic building there and, as David says, it will become a focal point for the community and the region. He even shares with you the "soft opening" date. Here is our conversation.
