Running a business requires endless patience. Inevitably you will work with people who don't value your work like you do, people who don't read their contracts, and a bunch of people who seem to ask the same damn questions over and over again. This week Petro and Sophia go on a rant about dealing with "stupid people," answering repetitive questions, dealing with hostile clients, and how to diplomatically respond to what we perceive as stupid questions. We also briefly discuss why it's so important that you don't devalue yourself by slashing your prices just to get more work.
