Heather Bulk is the CEO and Co-Founder of Special Aerospace Services and SAS Manufacturing. SAS is a leader in aerospace systems engineering solutions and is a Certified 8(a), Woman-Owned engineering services, systems and solutions business. The Companies provide innovative aerospace solutions to the aerospace industry, U.S. government agencies, Department of Defense, and the emerging commercial spaceflight sector. Heather holds a JD and LLM in Taxation from the University Of Denver and a BS in Finance from California State University, Chico. Heather and Carrie discuss the challenges of being a a female in a male-dominated industry, how to best navigate and what we can do to help support more more women and minorities pursue a career in the space industry.
