#146 Greg Foster - Goals, physical activity and mental health
This week I talk to Greg Foster. Greg is the co-owner of Unit 22 Strength and Conditioning in Northampton.
I have been a member at that gym for roughly 3 years and have overcome many hurdles and improved my general wellbeing, largely due to Greg, and his fellow coaches.
I wanted to talk to Greg as he is the most qualified person I know with regards to health and fitness and seen up to 200+ members several times a week.
We had a catch up from our last podcast (episode #09 November 2015) and go on to discuss the science behind improving mental health through physical activity.
