A New Approach to the Idea of Fitness
There hasn't been more confusion and misinformation in the health and fitness space than there is right now. If only it were as easy as simply picking a nutrition program and exercising a couple of times a week ... it's not working!!! And to add to the problem the social desensitization of being overweight, living an unhealthy lifestyle, excessive alcohol, binge eating is enabled by social media, family, friends, TV, magazines .... it's madness!
