Karen Taylor is an NCCAOM board certified Acupuncturist and board certified Herbalist.  Practicing out of Eugene, Oregon, she is known as the Queen of Congee.  Karen has been prescribing warm breakfast to her patients for years and has made it even more accessible through pre-packaged homemade meals.
