Conventional wisdom would have us believe that fear is an illusion, that it is all in our minds and that we should ignore it or rise above it. However, is this truly wise counsel? The physiological experience of fear feels very real when it happens—and all of us know what that experience is like. Listen in, and find some hope in the conclusion we come to.
