Lemons into Lemonade
We’ve all weathered weeks of quarantine, and we're focusing on resilience! We turned to our friend Jill, who runs a small company — 6 staffers plus 4 freelancers — because when the country’s shutdown took most of her business with it, she was faced with the choice to panic or persevere.
As Jill shares, all her personal pursuits and her commitment to self-care kept her out of panic and guided her pivot. Her state of being kept her open to inspiration and creativity, which led to new solutions that have her staff super-busy instead of worried. She talks about how moving out of her normal fear/anxiety mindset freed her up to think clearer and see the possibilities.
