Bio

 

Josephine Worseck holds a PhD in molecular biology and works as Wim Hof trainer, naturalpath, yoga and meditation teacher. 

In 2016 she supervised a scientific study on the Wim Hof method and became soon after the first female German-speaking Wim Hof trainer. 

She now supports associations, companies and private clients in discovering the positive effects of the cold for themselves.
