Ep. 026: Dealing with Distractions

Distractions are all around us. We live in a world where we are instantly connected to so many things around us and sometimes it is hard to take our eyes off the social media news feeds, the instant messages, and the funny or heartwarming videos right at our finger tips. But sometimes we have to stop, evaluate, and refocus in order to accomplish the tasks set out before us. This week Dusty and Elizabeth talk about some of the things they are distracted by (hello Facebook) and how they work to combat that in order to ensure they are living out a life that is glorifying to God. Refocusing isn't always easy but with a bit of help and some intentionality it can be done.
