We last spoke to Jonathan in August 2020, at the peak of the pandemic, when there were some "at risk" areas in terms of rental vacancies throughout Brisbane.  Now Jonathan tells us what is happening on the ground, which direction rents are heading and the current state of supply and demand for rental housing through our City.
