@Todd Monette : Rick, Anil, so many learnings packed in this 31 min. My key takeaways: 1. The leader has to be invested personally in caring for their team as a core part of their daily walk, 2. Allowing this element of caring to shape you personally so that you become a better person and a leader that your team will respect and follow, 3. The work that goes into a community of improvement is immense and purposeful; however Anil’s example of how he let caring for his team build momentum toward improvement probably shorten the window of achieving improved results, and 5. Great examples of role modeling leadership for his leaders to help support the improvement agenda... loved the quote “ it has never been so clear “. My last takeaway is around the playbook he has built : mindset , skill set, and toolset. I just got a week of awesome training in 31 minutes. Thanks Rick for the opportunity.💪
