My husband went through a situation so similar to this. We we're with ATI less than a month and attended our first class and realized who we thought was great for the team, really was not. Definitely hard, but the greatest decision my husband made. Thank you for this experience. Helps us see we are not alone. Thank you!
This pod cast may have ruined me. I am new to ati and really starting to change things . While listening to Dave talk about having 70 percent of a manager I realized that I am accepting 60 or 70 percent myself. The worst part is that it is my fault. Now I have to deal with it or fire myself .

Love the whole concept of this podcast. My husband Darren & I leave every training event at ATI talking about how much we learn just by spending time with other "Top Performers" in *addition* to the actual classes.
