Ryan.. thanks for letting me know how to raise the bar on customer service! And yes Geoff I am binge listening.. and as I listen, I will review and re-listen to each one and take notes as you have suggested.... keep up the good work.

Great story found alot of customer extras that I have implemented in the past but didn't stick with it. Opened my eyes to my customers experience and we're going to put these extras back in effect. Thx very motivational
